Return Policy for Online Purchases
Mountain Living Home Consignment strives for quality furnishings and an easy shopping experience. We encourage all our customers to visit us at our downtown showroom to discuss interest in a piece viewed online, or call us at 530-536-5046.
All items are offered for sale in as-is, where-is condition.
We Do Not Offer Refunds: We advise our clients to communicate with us at 530-536-5046 to discuss any items for possible purchase. This helps ensure you’ll receive all information regarding the piece (quality, functionality, etc..). However if you’re dissatisfied with your online purchase, and have yet to receive the item (via pickup or delivery), please call our store at 530-536-5046 within 24 hours to return the item and receive store credit supplied through a gift card.
Damaged Items: If the item you purchased from our online store is damaged, you have 24 hours (from time of purchase) to return the item. Returned items must be in the same condition as they left our store. Upon arrival, all items will undergo a brief inspection to ensure their quality. Once received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment. If the item has incurred any damage or flaws after leaving our store, we cannot issue a refund.
All items must have their original receipt or proof of purchase. Items may not be returned after 24 hours, but may be re-consigned.
Store Policy (Sold Items): We allow a brief hold on all items purchased for up to 48 hours. If you purchase an item through our online store and require more than 48 hours, please call us at 530-536-5046 to discuss the proper arrangements. All items that exceed 7 days will sustain a quoted storage fee. This quote is calculated by how many items we’re holding and sizings of each item. Our quoted fee will be applied weekly until pickup of items.
