We are certain you will be happy with your purchase. We take extra care to fully describe our items including flaws. However previously owned items are seldom perfect. Please email or call with any questions on items before placing your order. All items are offered for sale in as-is, where-is condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. If your item is damaged you have 24 hours to return an item from the date/time of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as it left the store. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items may not be returned after 24 hours, but may be re-consigned.

Refunds

We initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) after inspecting the item. If the item is damaged or has any flaws that were incurred after the item left the store, we cannot issue a refund. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Holding "Sold" Items

We are able to "Hold" sold items for up to 48 hours in store unless other arrangements have made. If you make a purchase online and require more than 48 hours to pick it up, please call our store at 530-536-5046 so that we can arrange for further hold times.
