Return Policy for Online Purchases


We are certain you will be happy with your purchase. We take extra care to inspect all items before we consign. However, due the nature of consignment all items are offered for sale in as-is, where-is condition. Please email or call with any questions before placing your order. 

We do not offer refunds. However, if you have purchased an item from our online store, but have not yet picked item up from store or had item delivered, you have 24 hours to call our store at 530-536-5046 to return item and receive store credit in the form of a gift card. 

Damaged Items.  If your item is damaged you have 24 hours to return the item from the date/time of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as it left the store. We initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) only after inspecting the item. If the item is damaged or has any flaws that were incurred after the item left the store, we cannot issue a refund. 

All items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items may not be returned after 24 hours, but may be re-consigned. 

Store Policy for "Sold” Items 

We are able to "Hold" sold items for up to 48 hours in store unless other arrangements have made. If you make a purchase online and require more than 48 hours to pick it up, please call our store at 530-536-5046 so that we can arrange for further hold times. Storage charges will be quoted for items left at the store for more than one week.
